3. Shipping Policy (Average Times)

Shipping zone: 50 US states + DC (we do not ship to territories like PR, GU, VI at this time).

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Costs

  • Standard: 6.99������������������60.

  • Express: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.


4. Returns and Exchanges (Consistent with These Terms)

4.1 Timeframe and Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days from the delivery date. Conditions:

  • The shapewear must be new, unworn, with original tags and in its original packaging.

  • Intimate shapewear (undergarments) are not accepted for return unless defective.

  • For subscriptions: you may cancel anytime before the next shipment; already shipped items are subject to this same policy.

4.2 Return Process

  1. Contact yaracurvesshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason.

  2. You will receive authorization and a return address (Northern Virginia).

  3. Ship the product at your own expense (tracking recommended).

  4. Once received and inspected (up to 5 business days), we process the refund.

4.3 Refunds

  • The product cost is refunded (original shipping fees are not refunded unless the error is ours).

  • Refunds take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

  • If you paid via recurring subscription, only the last returned shapewear is refunded (not previous charges).

4.4 Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges (once per order) if the product is in stock. The customer pays return shipping; we ship the new size at no additional cost within the US.

4.5 Defective Products or Our Error

If you receive a defective or incorrect shapewear, we replace it at no shipping cost and refund your return shipping cost. Notify us within 7 days of delivery.


5. Subscriptions

  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges (e.g., every 30/60 days as selected) to your payment method.

  • You will receive a reminder email 5 days before the charge.

  • You can pause or cancel from your account or by email before the billing date.

  • Shapewear shipped via subscription follows the same return policy (30 days from delivery).


6. Additional Consumer Protection

  • Satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the shapewear (provided it is unworn), you have 30 days to return it.

  • Transparency: Prices, sizes, and materials (latex, cotton, etc.) are clearly described for each product.

  • Complaints: For unresolved disputes, you may contact the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or the Virginia Division of Consumer Protection (www.vdacs.virginia.gov).

We will notify material changes by email or via a notice on our website. The “last updated” date will be modified accordingly.
